The beautiful sunshine which had continued on from the morning and the promise of a complimentary Prime coffee brought out some other potential home purchasers in Geelong this afternoon at the auction of 45 Balliang St South Geelong today.
Auction attendees were treated to complimentary coffee to help warm their hands and watched the Auctioneer, Gina Popowicz sell the gorgeous character home after Auction to an excited young couple in one of Geelong’s most sought after locations.
We congratulate the purchasers on their astute purchase and thank the vendor for the opportunity to represent them in the sale of their beautiful home.
